Picture this: It’s 8:00 AM. A contractor rushes through our door, panic in his eyes. “The safety harnesses we ordered didn’t arrive, and I’ve got six people waiting to start work on a three-story building.” This is where you come in.
WE DON’T NEED ANOTHER SALESPERSON. We need someone who understands that behind every order is a person trying to get home safely to their family that night.

You’ll be the face of Norsemen Safety. The problem-solver. The expert. The reason contractors across Belfast sleep easier knowing their crews have exactly what they need to work safely and efficiently.

Location: Belfast

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing exceptional customer service at our trade counter and over the phone
- Advising customers on safety equipment and welding/industrial supply selection
- Processing orders and handling payments accurately
- Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed
- Contributing to team sales targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer-facing experience (trade counter experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and committed work ethic
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
