Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting independence and dignity.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate and support wellbeing events and activities.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
