Temporary Care Team Leader – Norwich
£14.96 (Days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme
33 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents\’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

About Mountfield
Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self-funders. Our recently fully refurbished residential care home is in the suburbs of North Norwich, located in New Catton. In close reach of Old Catton, Hellesdon and Sprowston. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
