Care Support Workers – Norwich
£13.31 per hour (Days) & £13.56 per hour (Nights) + enhancements
Available Hours:
45 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours – Days
36 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours – Days
42 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours – Days
20 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours – Nights
35 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours – Nights

A day in the life
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Mountfield
Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self-funders. Our recently fully refurbished residential care home is in the suburbs of North Norwich, located in New Catton. In close reach of Old Catton, Hellesdon and Sprowston. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
