Care Support Worker – Dereham

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

22 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About St Nicholas House:

St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
