Job Summary
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
You will work as part of a team, build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, support wellbeing events and activities, promote a safe and engaging environment, respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
