Overview

Alliance Norse is our joint venture partnership delivering key cleaning services to Buxton and the surrounding area.

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Caretaker on a full‑time, permanent basis offering 37.5 hours per week to work across High Peak and occasionally Staffordshire Moorlands.

Responsibilities

This role is Monday to Friday but will be required to work weekends on occasion.

A company vehicle will be provided.

You will be required to work across various sites around the High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands, including public buildings/offices and public toilets, working 5 days from 7 including occasional weekends.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the allocated areas are maintained in a clean and organised state, providing a clean environment for customers.

You undertake general caretaking duties to ensure the premises and its contents are properly maintained, secured, and ready for use.

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients on site.
  • Confident working independently and with initiative.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence – vehicle provided for work use only.
