Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures. Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.
Requirements
- Ability to work to defined standards in a quality driven environment
- Good communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients and members of the public
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Good attention to detail, able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Previous experience within a commercial cleaning environment is an advantage but not required; training will be provided
- Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate (payment by employer)
Work Hours & Compensation
£13.75 per hour, equivalent to £28,603.35 pro‑rata (based on a 40‑hour week). 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
