South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines. We are currently seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our catering team as Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • This role is being offered on a Permanent, Part Time basis working during the Term-Time.
  • Working as part of a team providing a range of administrative services within our catering division.
  • Provide technical support through answering incoming calls and queries and responding in a timely manner.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
  • Coding and raising purchase orders and authorising payments on behalf of our key client.
  • Resolving and escalating queries from key client and internal teams.
  • Collating reports on operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Office/Helpdesk, administrative experience.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and members of the public.
  • Previous experience processing invoices and orders would be desirable.
  • Capable of producing accurate documentation and reports.
