We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner for Ysgol Gyfun Gwent Is Coed in Newport. It will be your responsibility to ensure the site is kept clean secure and maintained; undertaking several cleaning duties as required.

We will provide full training if you have not worked within the industry before, but ideally we are looking for :

Previous experience working in a cleaning, janitorial position

Knowledge of health & safety regulations that are relevant to the post, including using relevant machinery and products

Ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload

Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with members of the public and the client
This position is being offered on a part time, permanent contract working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 15 : 00 – 18 : 00, Alongside a positive working environment and a commitment to reinvesting in training for our staff, we offer :
