Overview
Role: Caretaker. You will be working on-site under the direction of an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage. This position will also hold further site management duties, and you will be expected to support with general maintenance issues as well some minor handyman duties. You will be offered full training and support if you can demonstrate enthusiasm.

- Any knowledge of health & safety guidelines relevant to the role would be an advantage
Role Details
- Caretaker/Cleaner – South West Norse
- Location: Halwill Primary School and Ashwater Primary School
- Salary: £29,036.80 pro rata – Equates to £13.96 per hour
- Hours per week: 32.5
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday: 6.30am – 10.00am (caretaking, all year round) & 3.30pm – 6.30pm (Cleaning, Term-time only)

- Caretaking shifts: Halwill Primary and 2 days a week at Ashwater Primary School
- Cleaning Shifts: Halwill Primary only, covering PM hours
