Overview
Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to work at our Depot based in Attleborough. You will work alongside the Passenger Assistant to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and caring minibus service for vulnerable children and adults.
- Transport passengers to and from their destinations as part of AM & PM school runs, Monday to Friday, over a 37‑hour week.
- Assist with physical tasks such as lifting wheelchairs and securing items in the vehicle using ratchet straps.
Qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Previous experience of driving passenger‑carrying vehicles.
- Supportive and caring attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Capacity to meet the physical requirements of the role.
