Due to expansion within the department across the Norfolk and Suffolk region, we are recruiting for a Security Officer to join our Team based in St Giles Car Park, Norwich.
The Role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of security services focused on protecting the public, employees, and high profiled sites as designated. You will be responsible for ensuring all security protocols are adhered to along with the following:
- Completing log reports.
- Attending call outs to buildings on your sites and escalating if required.
- Providing a friendly and approachable customer service across all sites.
- Carrying out regular internal and external patrols.
- Maintaining and holding keys to premises.
Our Ideal Candidates
We are looking for candidates who will provide a professional, courteous service as well as:
- SIA or Security Guard License as well as first aid training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous examples of working as a security officer/guard.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
