Catering Assistant – Horsford Primary School

£12.21/hour, equivalent to £24,761.88 pro‑rata
22.5 hours per week

We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to work on‑site at Horsford Primary School Monday to Friday, 8:45am‑1:15pm.

Day in the Life

You will become an integral part of the school team, supporting with the preparation and serving of lunches for young people and school staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all. Upholding our high level of hygiene and cleanliness is vital – including setting up service areas from the kitchen or dining areas, so they are ready to enjoy mealtimes, and tidying away once service is completed.

About You

  • Previous catering experience (preferred).
  • Passion for good food and enjoyment of home cooking and baking; will receive extensive induction and training.
