Casual Minibus Driver required in Norwich, Norfolk - NR6 6EQ. £12.26 per hour on a casual basis.
Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to work at our Depot based in Norwich at Fifers Lane. You will work alongside the Passenger Assistant to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey. We require Casual Minibus drivers to cover staff sickness and absences.
The role involves:
- Playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey.
- Building relationships with our clients and providing a caring tailored service to the local community.
- Carrying out physical tasks such as lifting wheelchairs or securing items in the vehicle using ratchet straps.
This position is being offered on a casual basis, with shifts between Monday and Friday, including a Morning and Afternoon shift each working day, in line with School drop off and pick up times.
Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement.
Our Successful Candidate will have:
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Previous experience of driving passenger carrying vehicles.
- A supportive and caring attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team.

- £25,500.80 Pro Rata (based on a 40-hour working week).
