Alliance Norse is our joint venture with High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. We specialise in providing repairs and maintenance across the Councils' properties, caretaking and cleaning services as well as offering an improved housing repairs service.
As we look to strengthen our services within the partnership, we have an opportunity for an experienced senior management professional to provide strategic and operational leadership to the joint venture unit as our Alliance Norse Partnership Director.
The Role
As Partnership Director, you will lead and direct commercial strategy, contractual performance and operational delivery of the Alliance Norse joint venture. You will need to maintain and develop key commercial relationships with the client and further develop partnership opportunities.
Other duties will also include:
- Delivering a sustainable, profitable business, which meets or exceeds Business Plan targets.
- Providing inspirational leadership, management and direction to ensure senior and middle line managers, ensuring all staff meet or exceed their individual and target plans.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients, stakeholders and key partners, including the development of strong links at all levels within the business.
