Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our Finance Team, this will be on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Working closely with the Group IT Team, Business Process Owners, Operational Managers and external system support partners to ensure issues are resolved promptly, identifying the root cause to reduce reoccurrence.

Main responsibilities:
  • Proactively looking to identify recurring issues to understand whether these indicate a system issue or a potential training requirement.
  • Assisting in the delivery of system training.
  • Gaining a full understanding of the Group Business Intelligence platform.
  • Understanding of core business processes around Sales, Purchasing, Treasury and People Management.
