Norse Groups TFM department are currently recruiting for a Facilities Support Assistant to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As Facilities Support Assistant you will be responsible for providing an effective caretaking service, ensuring that the environment is kept maintained, clean and hazard free.

The role includes:

  • Clean all general and specified areas to the required standard that incorporates all quality standards.
  • Ensure that cleaning cupboards are maintained in a clean and tidy way and all materials replenished as required.
  • Provide day to day support with general maintenance - fitting and repairing locks, testing safety equipment, changing lights, litter picking and leaf clearing.
  • Report any defects onsite and escape where required.
  • General caretaking duties.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • Previous working experience within a caretaking or maintenance role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and ensure quality standards are achieved.
