The Customer Contact Centre operates 24 hrs a day, days a year. We provide 24/7 support to all our clients Nationwide, from both residential and commercial properties.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Undertake a range of administrative duties to ensure its efficient and effective operation.
  • Raise new work orders via various client portals and arrange emergency repairs by contacting the appropriate contractors in a timely manner.
  • Accurately log customer enquiries onto the company’s bespoke database and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, book appointments, raise jobs on platforms and resolve issues such as non-attendance.
  • Maintain filing systems ensuring documentation is stored accurately and can be readily retrieved by colleagues.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide flexible support, including availability outside normal working hours in infrequent circumstances such as severe weather events or unexpected surges in call volumes. This will also include covering bank holidays, weekends, and periods of annual leave or sickness.

Skills and Experience required are:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
  • Highly organised, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to work; able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, operational environment, maintaining accuracy and service standards.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to a team environment.
