Norse Group has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Consultant to join our HR team. This role is based in our Head Office in Norwich. This position is offered on a temporary contract to provide maternity leave cover, for 24 hours per week. We are flexible on how those hours are worked, whether that is across 3 to 5 days or through shift patterns that fit around your lifestyle and commitments. Specific working arrangements can be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate, as long as the required hours are covered.
