We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Contact Advisor to join the team and be the first point of contact for all enquiries into Norse Care Central Office.
Delivering professional customer service and supporting the Customer Relationship Manager with enquiry pipeline management.
As a Customer Contact Advisor for Norse Care you will be expected to have experience in using CRM systems and enquiry logging tools.
You will also be skilled in providing clear, compassionate information to families, carers and healthcare professionals.
