The team specialises in property management, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, business rates advice, development consultancy, surveying services and strategic asset management.In addition, the Estates team undertakes specialist land agency work, acting on behalf of clients in relation to land acquisition, disposal, wayleaves, easements, rights of way and development land matters. The team also has extensive experience in Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) projects, providing advice on land acquisition, compensation negotiations, stakeholder engagement and representation throughout the CPO process, supporting infrastructure, regeneration, highways and development schemes from inception through to delivery. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the Estates Director in the management and leadership of professional/technical staff specialising in property management (including management and day-to-day supervision of a team). Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering clear, professional and commercially focused advice. Contribute to the Estates financial management, including robust performance management of the team, monitoring income and expenditure, fee forecasting, resource planning and continually striving for best practice.
