Are you an experienced Care professional looking to develop your career? Come and work for Norfolk's largest care provider. We offer fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression, and job satisfaction from giving back to your community and improving people's lives.

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.

About Cranmer House: Cranmer House is our residential care home in Fakenham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time residential care and support.
