You\'ll have opportunities to work on a variety of projects across the business, gain valuable experience, and develop excellent career progression while making a real difference in your community.Please note that Norse Group are currently unable to provide sponsorship.What could your day look like?You will build strong working relationships with colleagues, using your natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate others, Working closely with the Senior Team, you will help manage the day-to-day management of staff across our care establishments. This includes coordinating short-notice staff cover, managing handovers, supporting new starter inductions, and assisting with staff performance monitoring and reporting.In addition, you will lead by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred caresupporting residents\' independence, dignity, and informed choices in line with their care plans. This includes overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures, where appropriate. You will also respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, providing compassionate care and support, while liaising with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.What are we looking for from you?We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care to our residents and who share our core values. In addition, we would like you to demonstrate:
  • Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments.
  • Previous experience working within a similar social care role.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others.
  • Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to go that extra mile.
