Norse Security is a leading provider of skilled security personnel, offering a bespoke tailored service to support the effective running of our clients’ needs.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Security Officer to work across our sites in Norwich this position will be 42 hours per week working 4 days on, 4 days off days.
The Role:
Within this position you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of security services focused on protecting the public, employees, and our site as designated. You will be responsible for ensuring all security protocols are adhered to along with the following:
- Completing log reports.
- Attending call outs to buildings on your sites and escalating if required.
- Providing a friendly and approachable customer service across all sites.
- Carrying out regular internal and external patrols.
- Maintaining and holding keys to premises.
Our Ideal Candidates:
We are looking for candidates who will provide a professional, courteous service as well as:
- SIA or Security Guard License as well as first aid training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous examples of working as a security officer/guard.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
