A day in the life:
- You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals.
- With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
- Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

About Lloyd Court:
Lloyd Court is a housing with care scheme in High Kelling, Holt, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.
We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
