South West Norse, part of the Norse Group, is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to perform detailed condition surveys and compliance checks across diverse properties in Devon. The role offers hybrid working with site surveys and a significant amount of travel, mainly within Devon.
You will deliver asset condition data to help clients secure funding for essential repairs and priority maintenance, and prepare schedules and technical reports as required.
