We have an exciting opportunity for Multi-Site Care Team Leaders to join the NorseCare Team working across our 33 Care Services in Norfolk on a casual basis. About
We are looking for individuals who passionate about supporting others through providing an exemplary care service to our residents and share our core values, alongside this we are looking for you to demonstrate:
- Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments
- Previous experience working within a similar social care role
- Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others
- Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team
- Willing to go that extra mile
What could your day look like?
You will build strong relationships with colleagues, with a natural ability to lead, supervise and motivate others.
Working closely with the Senior team you will support with the day-to-day management of staff across our establishments including coordinating short notice staff cover, handovers, inductions for new starters and recording/reporting around staff performance as required.
Alongside this you will set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care enabling our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan. Including overseeing the administration of medicines in accordance with procedures where appropriate.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care & support and communicating with other medical professionals as required.
