Overview
Our friendly, supportive and inclusive team in Norfolk is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a casual multi‑home team leader on a days basis you will have the opportunity to develop career progression while providing excellent care.
What could your day look like?
You will build strong working relationships with colleagues, using your natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate others. Working closely with the Senior Team you will manage day‑to‑day staff across our care establishments – coordinating short‑notice cover, managing handovers, supporting new starter inductions, and assisting with staff performance monitoring and reporting. You will also lead by example in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care supporting residents’ independence, dignity and informed choices in line with their care plans. This includes overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures and responding promptly to call bells and emergencies, liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
What are we looking for from you?
- Full UK driving licence due to travel between our establishments.
- Previous experience working within a similar social care role.
- Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others.
- Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team.
- Willing to go that extra mile.
