A day in the life: As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Harker House: Harker House is our care home at the heart of the Long Stratton community in South Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
