We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the Norse Care team, working across our care services in Norfolk on a permanent basis, either on a part-time or full-time basis. Whether youβre an experienced Care Support Worker ready to take the next step, or a current Senior or Team Leader looking to develop your experience, this role offers the chance to grow with Norfolk's largest care home provider.
You will build strong working relationships with colleagues, using your natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate others. Working closely with the Senior Team, you will help manage the day-to-day management of staff across our care establishments. This includes:
- Coordinating short-notice staff cover
- Managing handovers
- Supporting new starter inductions
- Assisting with staff performance monitoring and reporting
In addition, you will lead by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred care supporting residents' independence, dignity, and informed choices in line with their care plans. This includes overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures, where appropriate. You will also respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, providing compassionate care and support while liaising with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care to our residents and who share our core values. In addition, we would like you to demonstrate:
- Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments
- Previous experience working within a similar social care role
- Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others
- Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team
- Willing to go that extra mile
