Our cleaning division supports local schools, public buildings and businesses with specialist hygiene services, prioritising a high standard of service delivery. Alliance Norse is our joint venture partnership delivering key cleaning services to Buxton and the surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Caretaker on a full-time, permanent basis offering 37.5 hours per week to work across High Peak and occasionally Staffordshire Moorlands. This role is Monday to Friday but will be required to work weekends on occasion; a company vehicle will be provided.

You will be required to work across various sites around the High Peak and Staff Moorlands including public buildings/offices and public toilets working 5 days from 7 including occasional weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the allocated areas are maintained in a clean and organised state in order to provide a clean environment for the customers. You will undertake general caretaking duties to ensure the premises and its contents are properly maintained, secured and ready for use.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role.
  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
  • Confident working independently to your own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence - vehicle provided for work use only.
