Norse TFM have an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis at our Head Office in Norwich - Unity Place.

The role

Join our dynamic Business Support Team as a Business Support Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across TFM, you will provide expert support and guidance to help them deliver outstanding service on their contracts. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a real impact on the success of our business.

You will;

  • Build strong working relationships across the business
  • Be the go-to person for information system excellence and troubleshooting
  • Provide training support and coordinate future system development, as well as providing business intelligence and data insights and trends
  • Lead best practice sharing and continuous improvement projects across FM
  • Assist and support each contract area to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions as required

  • A Strong communicator able to influence, negotiate, and bring a positive, can-do approach
  • Adept with software and systems confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems such as CAFM, job management and invoicing tools
  • Organised and efficient skilled at managing time, priorities and deadlines independently
  • A good relationship builder able to work with a wide range of internal teams and external partners
  • A creative problem solver innovative and resourceful when tackling challenges
  • Detail-oriented ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Flexible and mobile full UK driving licence required, with travel to other sites
