South West Norse is established in delivering catering, cleaning, and facilities management services to a portfolio of clients in the local region in partnership with Devon County Council, combining local knowledge with service delivery expertise.
As we recognise the importance of building a strong kitchen team to be a key ingredient to our catering success, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Bidwell Brook School on a part-time, permanent basis working Term‑time only.
The Role
You will be supporting all aspects of the catering service including ensuring completion of the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of our nutritious food and beverage outlets to students and staff while complying with food hygiene, Health and Safety and QA procedures. This customer‑facing role will provide you with great exposure to all aspects of the catering environment with lots of opportunities to learn and develop your skills within the industry.
