Term‑Time Minibus Driver required in Kings Lynn. Fixed Term Contract for 3 Months. £26,546.33 Pro Rata (based on a 40‑hour working week), equivalent to £12.76 per hour. 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday, AM and PM shift each day.
Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to work at our Depot based in Kings Lynn. You will work alongside the Passenger Assistant to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.
The role
As the Minibus Driver you will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey. This is an essential service we operate across Norfolk. You will have hands‑on experience building relationships with our clients, providing a caring tailored service to the local community. The role can be physical, as you will sometimes be required to carry out physical tasks such as lifting wheelchairs or securing items in the vehicle using ratchet straps. This position is offering 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday working both AM & PM school runs during term‑time.
Applicants must hold:
- a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement.
