Care Support Worker – Swaffham £13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements 18.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours 20.26 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours 36 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours 36.625 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours.

A day in the life:

  • As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
  • Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Westfields:

Westfields is our residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support.

You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
