Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals.

Lead and motivate others, work closely with home managers, supporting day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care.

Set an example through your delivery and champion residents’ independence, using your expertise to empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
