Norwich Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Systems Support Analyst to join our Finance Team. This will be on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role focuses primarily on supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O, SCM) and other finance systems through our incident & request process. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills directly with end users at all levels. It will also require collaboration with the Group IT Team, Business Process Owners, Operational Managers and external system support partners to ensure issues are resolved and requests are actioned promptly.

Main responsibilities:

  • System expert with robust understanding of how business processes are being delivered within the system to offer an effective support service.
  • Proactively looking to identify and provide solutions to recurring issues to understand whether these indicate a system issue or a potential training requirement.
  • Day to day ownership of the support requests queue, ensuring prompt management, clear communication and efficient resolution.
  • Timely escalation and ongoing management of requests to internal or external support staff as required.
  • Creation and maintenance of training documentation alongside business process owners.
  • Providing support and training to users where required to embed processes and improve user knowledge.
  • Continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and knowledgebase development.
  • Supporting and co-ordinating system testing around upgrades and developments.
  • Developing core system reporting and process improvements, working alongside business process owners.

Our Successful Candidate:

It is essential that you have a keen interest in developing a career within a systems focussed, finance role. We are also looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Extensive System Support experience, ideally within an ERP system Dynamics 365, Netsuite etc.
  • Understanding of core business processes around Sales, Purchasing, Treasury, Credit Control, and finance month end close.
  • Effective, timely and confident verbal and written communication with end users at all levels whilst resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a support request environment and manage multiple varied support requests.

Our Offer:

Starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000, 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays, 8-week sickness pay scheme + Stat NEST Pension.
