Norse Group LTD is seeking an organised Assistant Facilities Manager for Mayflower Court Care Home in Norwich.

You will support delivery of the FM service, ensure safety, maintain compliance, and manage procurement and contractor coordination.

You will lead the Domestic, Laundry, and Site Support teams, collaborate with Home Managers, and contribute to a warm, safe environment.

DBS check may be required and a full UK driving licence is essential.
