Business Administrator. - (Temporary position)
Full time - 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Norse Cleaning Division is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join the team on a full time, temporary basis.
The role
Norse cleaning team provides deep cleans in high-risk areas, or specialist tasks such as high-level access or void property management, our people bring expertise and professionalism to every project, ensuring spaces are ready for those who use them every day.
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out range of administration duties providing support to the cleaning team at our offices on Fifers Lane.
- Input data for completion of scheduled works.
- Resolving any pay queries and inputting data according.
- Assist with Health and safety compliance.
- Proactively monitor the progress of works and updating our systems.
- Issuing purchase orders for works required.
- Ensuring all invoices are raised to clients when the works are completed.
- Responding to requests for information.
- Attend contract review meetings.

- Previous administration experience within a busy environment.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Strong experience with Microsoft office.
