Care Support Worker – Swaffham

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

31.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

  • As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Westfields:

Westfields is our residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support.

Bonus structure:

£250 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid-term probation review and £250 payable after successful probation period in the role. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.
