26.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Shifts across Monday - Sunday: 07.00-14.30 / 14.30-22.00 / 07.00-20.00

A day in the life:

  • As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
  • Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Lydia Eva:

Lydia Eva Court is our modern purpose‑built care home in Gorleston, near the East Norfolk coast. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
