A day in the life

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Relevant experience or willingness to undertake fully funded accredited courses offered by Norse Care.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required for your successful application; payment will be provided by the employer.

About Benjamin Court

Benjamin Court is a housing with care scheme in Cromer, on the North Norfolk coast, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.
