We're searching for someone who takes pride in managing complex operations and building strong client partnerships. What You’ll Do:

  • Leading your team: Providing clear direction and communication to your facilities management team, including middle and first‑line managers and their direct reports.
  • Building client trust: Managing client relationships effectively through clear communication, regular meetings, and proactively setting expectations.
  • Meeting contract targets: Ensuring all contractual agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including completing statutory and non‑statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules on time.
  • Managing workflows: Making sure our CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) system is used correctly. You’ll keep Work In Progress for both reactive and planned tasks moving smoothly, ensuring contractual response times and uploading all necessary evidence to the system.
  • Controlling finances: Ensuring Profit.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Project Manager or Contracts Manager role, ideally within a facilities management (FM) setting.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and contractors.
  • Familiarity with managing compliance using information systems (such as CAFM).
  • Experience of working in both the private and public sectors.
  • The ability to organise and manage your own workload and your team’s tasks in a busy, deadline‑driven environment.
  • A strong talent for building good relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external partners.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential due to travel requirements.
