As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‐centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. You will respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Sydney House is a residential care home in the village of Stalham, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The home provides short‐term and full‐time care and support.
