  • Undertake effective property reviews and provide proactive and responsive strategic advice on all property management issues.
  • Ensure that time and quality targets set for reporting property reviews or strategic property management issues are met.
  • Assist with the day to day/or when required, other general practice surveyor work in accordance with professional guidance and standards as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports and briefings for clients, attending committees and working groups as necessary.
  • Providing effective, day to day, professional property advice to the client and maintain output quality.
  • Working within the various agreed timescales, managing projects in accordance with initiatives and directives, endeavouring to maximise income and achieve set productivity targets.
  • Complying with the Norse Group ISO standards, delivering quality assured outputs.
  • Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post including travel to other offices as required.
