Caretaker / Cleaner – South West Norse Location: Hawkchurch Primary School, Axminster EX13 5XD Salary: £28,995.20 pro rata – Equates to £13.94 per hour Hours per week: 15 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6pm South West Norse is a FM provider delivering support services to businesses across cleaning and facilities management disciplines across the region. We currently have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join our established team at Hawkchurch Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis. Role As a Caretaker You will be working on-site under the direction of an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage. This position will also hold further site management duties, and you will be expected to support with general maintenance issues as well as being responsible for site security, cleaning and some minor handyman duties.
