Groundwork Gangs, 360 Operators & Groundworkers Required – Huntingdon
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Rate: We are currently recruiting Front End and Back End Groundwork Gangs, along with 360 Excavator Operators and experienced Groundworkers, for a busy new-build housing development in Huntingdon. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Front End Gangs
Working on the initial infrastructure phase – excavation, drainage, and foundations ahead of superstructure.
Skills & requirements:
- Proven experience in drainage installation (foul & surface water)
- Foundation excavation & footings experience on housing/residential sites
- Sub-base and hardcore laying to engineer's specification
- Manhole and gully construction
- Confident reading drainage and setting-out drawings
- Experience working alongside 360 operators and taking direction from levels/laser
- Valid CSCS card (Green Labourer or Blue Skilled Worker – Groundworker NVQ preferred)
- CPCS/NPORS ticket an advantage if also operating small plant (dumper, roller)
- Own PPE and hand tools
