Norse Precision Castings are looking for an experienced powder coater to join our rapidly growing business at our facility in Bedford. There is lots of investment happening within the company so growing quickly means more people to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coating to metal parts, ensuring high-quality finishes. Any wet spraying experience will be a huge advantage to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and treating them
  • Apply powder coating using manual or automated methods
  • Operate equipment such as spray guns and ovens
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues with coating application
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Skills

  • Mechanical knowledge to operate coating equipment
  • Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
