What You'll Be Doing
- As Seasonal Cabin Crew, you'll be the face of Norse Atlantic Airways, ensuring every passenger feels safe, welcomed, and well cared for from the moment they step onboard.
- Your key responsibilities will include: Upholding Norse's rigorous safety standards—you'll be trained to handle emergency situations with confidence and composure.
- Delivering exceptional in-flight service—from welcoming passengers with a warm smile to serving meals and beverages with professionalism.
- Thinking on your feet—you'll turn unexpected challenges into smooth solutions, keeping passengers informed and reassured.
- Working independently while staying connected to your team—you'll take ownership of your duties while supporting your colleagues.
- Handling a variety of situations—from medical emergencies to passenger concerns, you'll remain calm and capable under pressure.
- Being kind, inclusive, and professional—you'll treat every passenger and colleague with respect, creating a positive onboard atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- At least 20 years of age.
- Minimum height of 5ft 2inches (157cm)—to ensure you can perform safety duties effectively.
- Fluent in English—clear communication is essential for passenger safety and service.
- A valid passport with the right to work and live in the UK.
- Completed High School education or equivalent.
- Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries—you'll be flying intercontinental routes.
- Ability to report to London Gatwick within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule—flights operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol test.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25kg.
- Ability to swim and float in water, and be capable of assisting others in an emergency.
- Desirable but not essential: Previous experience on the Boeing 787 or other long-haul aircraft—we provide comprehensive training for all successful candidates.
